Order/Payment/Delivery Methods
Order Methods:
Select the desired items and email to rosesofdvalley@gmail.com or call/sms me at 019 -2150 199 to check the availability of the items. Please include the following details in the email:
1. Name
2. Handphone No.
3. Item Detail & Quantity
4. Address
Items will be reserved for 3 days only. Items will be released for sale should confirmation/payment is not received.
Items sold are not exchangeable, returnable and refundable.
Seller will not be responsible for damaged goods during transit.
Delivery Method:
1. Parcel will be mailed via Pos Laju/Registered mail.
2. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the buyer.
3. Shipping cost:
West M'sia : RM 5 (Additional RM1 for each item added)
East M'sia : RM 8 (Additional RM1 for each item added)
Payment Method:
1. You may cash deposit/online transfer/bank in to Maybank account (only). Account details will be given upon confirmation of purchase.
2. Payment must be received within 3 days after confirmation.
3. Incorrect payment will result delay in the delivery process.
